This message has the answer. You have exceeded the allowed clones number.
If you connect too many times to the same server with the same identity.
You can set a number greater in:
Permissions > Server Groups > … your server group… > Client > Modify > i_client_max_clones_uid
Another possibility is that you try to reconnect too fast, to the server.
