your answers getting us nowhere. we need solutions or maybe even a little explanation huh. not âwe are aware of this problemâ crap.
When I enter the application it says you are not connected to the messenger services i have no idea how to fix it cant find any solutions. there is my log:

I think the reason for this problem is that more people are currently logging into TS servers than usual. Since the certain Platform was banned in Russia and Turkey, people started to flock to TS. I hope it gets resolved soon.

As I mentioned in the title, I cannot connect to message services. Also, I cannot access group chats. Even though I press the join group button, it doesnât work. There are no pictures of the presenters either.

Hi everyone, thank you for your reports regarding the connection issue and especially for your patience.
Our services are currently back to a stable level, so I would recommend everyone here who previously reported problems connecting to the messenger to try again by simply restarting the client and see if it works.
The connection issues we faced today were due to the banning of Discord in Turkey and Russia. We have received an unimaginable number of new users trying to download, register, log in, do password resets, connect to the messenger, and do much more, which has caused these issues on our end.
We appreciate your reports and patience and will keep you updated in this thread with any news on this matter.

hi i am a new teamspeak user i want to create group chat for my friends but i cant connect when ever i tries to create it never ends and in my app down left it says i am disconnected and i looked everywhere i cant find any solution can you guys help me ( sorry for my bad english)

I would also like to point out that you are still able to connect to servers via the search bar in your dashboard or the one in the top left corner, all you need is an IP, Domain, or Server Nickname.
If you donât know any servers or canât host one yourself, feel free to use our official community servers which are displayed under âPopular Serversâ in the dashboard and which you can easily connect to via the âJoin TeamSpeak Serverâ button below.

Hey, thank you all once again for your patience in this matter.
Our services are stable again, therefore I recommend everyone who previously experienced issues connecting to the messenger to give it another shot! We are seeing more and more users connecting to the messenger in recent times and successfully creating and/or participating in group chats.
