We accure a strange problem in our Community TS6 Server.
Most of the time (not always), when some start speaking we get a loud PLOPP noise from the person. It drives us crazy and we can’t stay in TS. I did try to open another community on frankfurt 2 and new york 1, but the problem stays. changing the codec does not help and so chaning the quality.
We can’t find any solution for the problem and it seems to be server side, because everyone has it. Anyone got an idea?
Hello,
This issue is a serious bug that has been around since Teamspeak 5. You can fix this problem in three ways.
Way 1: disable AGC (Auto Gain Control).
Way 2: install an extra tool like Steelseries GG
Way 3: Go back to Teamspeak 3.5.6
I hope the developer will fix this problem next time.
On way 2: just install it?
On Way 2 to install GG, activate Sonar and activate on the Chat mix the “Clearcast AI Noise Cancellation”
Then change your audio devices on Teamspeak to Steelseries Sonar.
That fixed the problem on my and my friends system.
we will try that, thank you
Steelseries wants me to make an account, so we did try nvidia broadcast. It wasn’t as loud as before but still there.
I had to cancel my subscription, because i can’t tell everyone to use a thirdparty tool thats need an account, so we can use teamspeak. This is a serious thing and should be fixed as soon as possible.
