*Hi. everyone. Please tell me what could be the reason. The situation is like this, my friend cannot log in to the account in the client. His Login button doesn’t light up.
Is this a freshly created account? Has he restarted the client?
When typing the email in my client it will offer a sign in button

He created it a long time ago. Yesterday he reinstalled Windows and installed the client and the button does not light up. Could it be that he didn’t supply some component for the system?
I am not aware of any forced system component to log in…
He should try to download the latest TS5 version and then update to TS6
