My Teamspeak Login Issue

My computer seems to be blocking myteamspeak. I have scoured the internet, Reddit, and the official forums and cant seem to find any info.

When I got to tools and options on teamspeak 3 this is when pops up:

I have no interest in using My-Teamspeak but I figured why not try it to attempt to fix the issue of this annoying popup. When i click “do not show again”… it does show again, so I am forced to see this prompt every time I go to the settings.

I can login to https://www.myteamspeak.com with no issues.

The following quote is what shows when I open teamspeak 3. (Notice the warning)

I have tried disabling firewall and windows defender and it doesn’t do anything. I have tried 3.5.3 and 3.5.2 and both don’t work.

I acquired the beta install of ts5 and tried to login on there but it would not login. I click login and nothing happens.

Something is not allowing myteamspeak to communicate.

For some reason Cloudflare thinks that your IP is suspicious
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170136-Understanding-Cloudflare-Challenge-Passage-Captcha-

In client you get that links because our client can not show them. Have you tried to solve such Captcha?

The login on the website or this forum are not using same URL and may work fine.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your assistance. I have tried to solve the captcha but it does not work…

The first link does do anything:

2nd link I have to press the retry button and then try the solve but once I solve it, it does nothing:

Resetting my modem would assign me a new IP. Might that work???

Resetting my modem worked for now. Not sure why the IP was flagged though.

For some strange reason I can’t log into the client. I already tried reinstalling the client, changing the route, restarting my internet and neither mode.

I’m sure the data is correct because on the web it allows me to log in. I just tried another computer and got the same error. Two pop-up windows open to me with a captcha (never seen) with an infinite time and it gives an error.

These Captchas appear when Cloudflare has marked your IP as suspicious.
In client you can not resolve these because the Dialog is no web browser.

To solve it

  1. Read following

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170136-Why-do-I-see-a-captcha-or-challenge-page-Attention-Required-trying-to-visit-a-site-protected-by-Cloudflare-as-a-site-visitor

  1. Test your IP on
Inspect an IP | Project Honey Pot

  2. If everything looks fine contact Cloudflare to take your IP of their list. Or change your IP.

I’ve been having this same issue the last month. I can’t login. Here is what shows in my log everytime I try to login:

10/31/2022 20:02:50 ProtobufRPC Warning Server at URL https://clientapi.myteamspeak.com/authentication responded: 403 Forbidden
10/31/2022 20:02:50 ClientUI Warning Account login failed, server currently not available. Retry in few minutes.

It seems to be opening up a hCaptcha for www.myteamspeak.com, but its always blank, so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do here to get this fixed.

*** Upon further research it looks like a cloudflare issue, they probably banned the IP set I’m on. Cox cable wouldn’t give me a new IP, but my router has a clone MAC feature, so I used that, got issued a new IP and that seems to have fixed the problem.
