My teamspeak wont let me setup a localhost

it just says failed to connect. I have tried to use it in admin mode

Read your server logs and use your LAN IP or localhost only to connect.

I’ve tried every ip address that showed up on ipconfig on cmd and I’ve tried googling my ip nothing worked I even typed localhost and it didn’t work either
