Need help with mass poke

Hi guys. We are a community that uses ts3 and ts5 with various versions. I need to send mass poke to the players but we couldnt achieve it yet. Can you guide me or suggest me any tool?

You can do that in TS5. Just follow the last half of the guide:

There is an add on called mass message tool but it is compatible with API 22. Which version should I download for that?

That is how you do it in TS5. The plugin for TS3 is no longer maintained if I recall correctly, so you either need to download an older version of the TS3 client or use TS5.
