I frequently encounter issues where my voice audio doesn’t work when using TeamSpeak 3 and TeamSpeak 6. The problem is only resolved after restarting the software.

Search in the search bar for Developer Tools (or if you’r client is not set to English you need to enter it translated)
Set the Log Level to trace
Close your Client
Delete all content in your log folder or move it to a different location.
Folder location:
Windows: %localappdata%\TeamSpeak\Logs\Default
Linux: ~\.cache\TeamSpeak\Default\logs
Mac: ~/Library/logs/TeamSpeak
