We no longer issue NPLs, and so will not be able to reactivate your license.
The only two options you have are:
Source: TeamSpeak Support
However, the above post is already 2 years old. Last year Chris still meant:
Hello, thank you for the quick reply. I’ve been looking for the last few days because it was already pretty tight, but I couldn’t find anything about the fact that the licenses are no longer being renewed. The only thing I have found is that the server should run at least 2 days before the license expires so that it can be renewed.
I am a bit surprised now.
And this is still the case.
But unfortunately here on forum we can not help you with any license related issues.
Please create a ticket for the Sales department and share all details about your license!

I have held a Non‑Profit License (NPL) for many years, and my TeamSpeak server has been running continuously since the days of TeamSpeak 2. Today the server stopped accepting connections, and after investigation I found repeated log entries such as:
WARNING | Accounting | licence expires in 24 hours!
WARNING | Accounting | licence expires in 23 hours!
WARNING | Accounting | licence expires in 22 hours!
etc.
This is unexpected, as the server has been properly maintained, updated, and operating without interruption. I believe these warnings are a false expiration notice triggered by accounting server connectivity issues.
Could you please clarify:
Is there a known issue with the TeamSpeak accounting servers that could cause false expiration warnings?
Can you confirm that my perpetual NPL remains valid and will not be revoked?
Is there an updated license file or configuration I should apply to prevent these warnings?
I have been a long‑time supporter of TeamSpeak and rely on this server for my community.
Thank you for your assistance. I noticed there was a similar thread in the forums a few years ago, but since that discussion is quite old and my issue is happening now, I’m starting a new thread to ask for clarification.
FYI, I did some additional digging and found that my NPL was originally issues 17 Dec 2011. Thats 14 years ago and my server was operating every day with little to no down time (except planned updates and backups).
Here on the forums we can not solve this issue, please reach out to [email protected], they handle all sales / licensing requests.
