Only i can connect to my server (on VPS)

For some reason I’m getting this error, and I can’t connect to my server either.

This is not an error as long you did not place a licensekey.dat file into the server.

Make sure ports are opened. And if server is in your network use the LAN IP.

I had given up, so I tried again.

None of my friends can connect to the server other than me, there is no license file in the server folder.

My server is on a vps with all ports open

I did some research and found that this issue is related to the server not using the latest version, as seen in the log below, I am using.

Could be anything on VPS or user side.
Wrong IP or DNS or PORt or Host (VPS) blocks connection to ISP (user) ot the other way around.

You are wrong with that. 3.13.7 is the latest server.

In the registry it says that I am using this version

Nothing explains that only I can connect to the server and the others cannot

Why should a 3rd party tool explain this?

I wrote possible causes why a client could not connect to a server. Please read my post again and check all of these.

We can guide what the issue could be and what users can try… but we can not not guess or fix all network related issue anyone in the world has. In worst case you must speak with your host. There must be a reason (see post above) why only you can connect.
