If I do a P2P stream, and hit “Go Live” the window never closes. I think we’re hoping for streaming off the server instead of the client’s device.

When I started the server, I could share via server, but now it´s disabled again.

Most likely, the screen sharing feature through the server will be activated when a new version of the client is released.

Which operating system and server version are you using?
Do you see the P2P option? If so, then it is currently the only option available, as server-side screen sharing has not yet been implemented.

Not at this time. They will release in a few weeks hardware acceleration - performance improvements, after this P2S is next step.

Hi, I have a member I invited who cannot start stream when he’s in a lobby channel. Is there a way to toggle an option that allows approve members to stream on their app/desktop?

Does he receive an error message? As of now nothing should limit the user from streaming.

Windows 11 Using the latest version. I want this feature enable on my community server.
Do you mean that he wants to stream trough the Server and not using P2P?

Yes, I want a member to steam through the server, but not be limited to the P2P.
I cannot reproduce the issue on my end since I have Admin privilege to stream on a Teamspeak server I rented. Sorry if I cannot offer you a screenshot.
Server sided screen share is not implemented yet, only P2P is available right now.
Thanks, that means I’ll need to setup a group chat in order to take full advantage of this feature.

With discord wanting to implement age verification for everyone, a lot of interest will come back to ts (hopefully). Would be an amazing feature to have, so you can eventually share your screen with people you don’t know or trust.
