Hello @Rea2Die and welcome to the TeamSpeak Forum.
You are trying to connect to a Local TeamSpeak Server that is hosted on
someone PC. Are you sure this is the right IP Address to connect you want?
Otherwise, if the Admin is hosting the Server on his home network, then he must send you
the WAN IP Address to let you connect, otherwise it won’t work. And he must make sure that
he has opened all required ports forwarded and opened in his firewall and Router.
