Hello @balrajbhullar and welcome to the TeamSpeak Forum.
You must uninstall your old Plugin and download the latest Version
from their Website. : Click here to download the latest Plugin Version
and you need the latest TeamSpeak 3 Client Version and the Plugin with
the Version 1.7.4
As you can see in my Picture, it is working fine for me without any errors:
