everytime I dowload a TS3 plugin from the internet, the document gets dowloaded as a Editor document. So I can´t dowload it. It just open a big ■■■ text.

You did choose to open file ending ts3_plugins with your editor.
This is stored in your system registry or Webbrowser settings.
Go into your Webbrowser settings and revert that change.
And/Or make a right click on the file and choose open with package installer.
Optional you can run the createfileassoc in client folder.
