Rejoined a community after a long hiatus, during which my old security key expired. Tried rejoining. They gave me a NEW key to apply to Privilege Keys, but that option is greyed out in my client so I can’t enter the key. Not sure how to fix it, the moderators are stumped.
If the “Privilege Keys” option is greyed out, it’s likely due to a permissions or configuration issue on the server. Make sure you’re not in a restricted group that prevents key usage. Sometimes, the “Guest” or “Default” groups might have limited permissions.
