Everyone I got a teamspeak from Gportal, but I can’t upload my banner through their panel, because they tell me I have to host it with a banner hoster. I tried google drive but it doesn’t work, you don’t know a way to put my banner inside my teamspeak server.

you need a hotlink.
If you upload the banner e.g. to http://www.directupload.net/, you will find it under “Hotlink”.
Paste this link on your Teamspeak server under “Banner Gfx URL”.
