Problem with "You received too many complaints"

Hello,
a user joined my teamspeak server and gives complaints to user and than they will banned for 20 minutes.

What can i do? Its annoying

  • Raise the number of needed complaints to get banned (in the server settings)

  • Raise value of groups needed complain power (in permissions)

  • Remove Guest’s complain power (in permissions)

  • Unban the user

You decide the way(s) you like to go on

you need to change (as mentioned above me) the number,
or remove the power from the users:

i_client_complain_power
i_client_needed_complain_power
