You need to restart the TeamSpeak instance after you have put the license in place.
For localhost you have to open the necessary ports on your internet so others can connect to your server.
How do you restart it properly then?!?!? We have “refreshed” and then quit the program numerous times and we still can’t get it to work when we do that
