I need to set a permission for more than 100 users simultaneously. Is there any way or script I can achieve this?

For this you can create a server group.
If all clients should have the same permissions, you only need one server group and assign it to the people. If you want it to be the default server group, you can either change your guest group or set your newly configured server group as the default server group in the server settings.
