My community was suspended for an “unpaid” invoice from earlier today, it’s already paid and the community is Suspended, when i click “Reactivate community” says Community Not Found, what can i do?
We have passed this on to the development team who will rectify this as quickly as possible.
Depending on how long this takes, we will issue a partial refund for unscheduled downtime. We’ll calculate that once we’re in a position to do this.
Edit: Please try again and see if it is back online
Hello,
Same problem here, cant reactivate my Community "Community not found "
Sorry for the late reply, It looks like you already got a new Community running.
No probleme,
I had to add money to be able to rebuild a server while waiting for the first one to be back, because everything is configured on the first one, plus I don’t even have the privilege key
Im not quite sure how exactly I can help you now.
Do you need the old server reactivated and need a new privilege key generated?
Or do you need a privilege key on the new server?
Need the old one to be reactivated if you can please
We’ll let our devs have a look at it, as this is a problem we can not solve by our own. Once I have new information, I will update you.
In your case both servers are now online. You can now suspend the one you don’t need and adjust the slots to your needs.
Also sending you the Privilege Keys in your DM for both servers.
Hello TeamSpeak Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my TeamSpeak community. The community name is “revolution”, hosted at the following subdomain:
revo.fra1.teamspeak.com (Frankfurt 1 - Germany)
The community was suspended on May 12, 2025, and the panel says it will be deleted in 30 days. I am trying to reactivate it using the “Reactivate Community” button, but nothing happens and the status remains the same. I also receive a “Community not found” message.
I have tried the following steps:
- Clicking the “Reactivate Community” button multiple times
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and back in
- Trying from different browsers and incognito mode
Unfortunately, none of these attempts resolved the issue.
Could you please help me reactivate my community before it’s permanently deleted? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hey ,
It looks like you’ve setup a second community on the same subscription. (So because you have your slot allocation used up on “revs” currently, you can’t reactive “revo”.
If you specifically want “revo” back, you’ll need to deactivate “revs” so then your slot count is available again for “revo”.
Once “revs” is deactivated, then “claim community” on your screenshot should be available to click again.
