Removing admin privileges from someone who is offline

How do you remove admin privileges on a person who barely seldom comes around anymore while they’re offline thank you

Let’s say he has a group called "Server Admin", you can do it with these steps:
Permissions → Server Groups → “Server Admin” → Right click on user → Remove
