If TS5 is in beta stage, could we get access to control dll to interact with control plugin?

This plugin (as all myTS plugins) are only for TeamSpeak client 3.x.
2nd
As the description clearly states: The dll is not published but given on a per application / project basis.
My guess would be that it still will be licensed so it won’t be shared.
