Hello guys,
When watching a screenshare of another user, after a few seconds the stream freezes. I can still hear the sound but no more picture, in fact the whole teamspeak windows is frozen. After moving the window by dragging it the stream recovers, only to be frozen again after a few seconds. I tried different en/decoding techninques and hhardware acceleration but nothing helps.
Someone can support me fixing it?
I have a RTX 3090.
BTW: When will licenses be available? Would love to support this new version of TS6.
Greetings,
Jonas
What are your other system specs? CPU, RAM, OS?
Have you tried assigning TeamSpeak a higher priority in Taskmanager?
Do the freezes only apply when using certain applications? Or can you observe the issue in regular desktop mode as well?

Ryzen 5800x3d, happened with my 3600 too tho. 32 Gb of DDR4 RAM and im using Windows 11.
I tried giving it a higher priority but im unsure if i did it right as there are several teamspeak processes. The freezes happen even if nothing else is running. The sound is still working and the stream recovers for a short moment when moving the window if that helps….
hmm okay…
Could you share your Stream settings from the Settings → Video tab?

Have you changed anything in the H.264 encoder settings? If yes, then please also share all settings there.

No, the Reset to Default button is greyed out.
Are any GPU drivers still pending to installation?
