None of my friends can screen share because of this error, the same error appears for everyone except for the owner of our server for some reason, I tried changing the decoder/encoder and it didn’t work, it’s always the same error “FPS lower than target” and no one can watch any stream
How many frames are we talking about?
What specs do you and your friends have on their system?

60 fps, the thing always says 0 and has the triangle
My config is:
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
32GB Ram 3200mhz
4070 Ti Super
The friend that can run has a 9800X3D, 32gb and a 5070 Ti
the other friend has a R5 5500X3D 16gb and a 1050 Ti
I’m guessing that the friend that is running the 1050TI has their stream settings set to high. he should try to adjust their stream settings:
Not more than ~30FPS, 720p at max 1080p

the thing is that there isn’t a combination of settings that make it work, none are working, even 30 fps 720p is not working on my end (4070tis), it’s a weird bug, it also happens on another friend pc with a 4060 so there’s no way it’s just hardware related
