Scrollbar stays when switching servers

When switching between two servers the scrollbar in chat stays even though there is no need for a scroll bar.

This only seems to be the case when switching from a
Matrix Channel Chat → Normal Channel Chat

When switching from
Normal Channel Chat → Matrix Channel Chat or from
Normal Channel Chat → Normal Channel Chat
it seems to work fine.

I can not reproduce this on latest TS5 servers.

So going to ignore when it only happens on TS5 servers with Matrix Channel Chats.
