Server crashes without any error in the log

Hi,
I installed a ts3 server for the first time today on debian. I had no problems on a windows server but this server crashes upon startup without any error message in the log. I hope some of you can help me figure this out. Just in case this is the log:

Proper way to install ts3 server on ubuntu? getting errors

https://community.teamspeak.com/search?q=failed%20to%20register%20local%20accounting%20service%3A%20File%20exists Looking through the forum there seems to be a file created in /dev/shm with a random ID. Removing that should allow the server to start as non root.
