I have changed my operating system from Windows 10 to 11. After downloading TS3, the icons stopped loading. Help me to fix this please.
Have you tried clearing the client cache?
Tools → Options → Security → Clear cache

Yes, i have done several times. this way didn’t help
Then it looks like the files are broken on the server side and should be re-uploaded.

You can’t in this case, you may reach out to an admin for that.

alright, what should I tell admin?
That the icons are not loading for you and they probably need to re-upload them reassign them to the groups.

i can not also download the picture from my friend’s profile? is the problem still the server? or it’s about my acc? I’ve reinstalled TS3 for about 15 times. I changed win 10 to win 11. Can it be the reason?
Most likely their file transfer is not working correctly and therefore not loading the avatar image either.
