We have lost access to our teamspeak3 account where we had a nickname, is it possible to recover this nickname somehow?

If no one connects to the server using the nickname for 30 days, it will be deleted. After that you can claim the nickname with another myTS account.
Why don’t you reset the password of your MyTeamSpeak account to gain access back?
