So first of all, your server version is really old and should be updated.
Secondly, the error says it right there: some other application is already listening on that port. You need to figure out what it is and stop it / fix the conflict in general.

I just installed a new one, hope it won’t happen again
It will, when all ports are in use already or no or wrong IP was used.
