my clan server in my bookmarks keeps stoping but the public one works.
so i dont know what to do.
Then you need to reach out to the server owner who needs to look at the server log and act accordingly to fix the problem.

Thank you, i have tryed to get hold of clanworz but there are being a bit slow to act,
i just hoped i could do somthing myself, looks like i have to hang on for them to do something

You mean the Hoster Clanwarz? I’ve seen some posts on Twitter that their TeamSpeaks are no longer working and their support does not reply to urgent tickets. So in that case you’ll need to wait until it is fixed, switch to a different ATHP, or host a server on a VPS.
