Any one have an Idea? Server randomly shut down with the above error. (log 0 output)

The Point is, I have two servers which Powered up same time. both servers went down same time as per the logs. Could it be like that? Can Operating System sends command to both servers at same time? Also there are no connection between two servers execpt same database has been restored to the both servers.

You mean two TeamSpeak servers right? You should not run multiple servers on one machine. Rather you can should create virtual server instances on one server. For that you also need a valid license which allows 2 or more virtual servers.
