Single DX button press to PTT not possible anymore?

I am trying to assign a single DX button press from a CH Pro USB Throttle to act as my PTT button. PTT seems to require a combination of key presses now? How may I assign a SINGLE DX press to be PTT?

Joystick and Gamepad support is not included yet. We are working on that.

Please be so kind and only create 1 thread or a ticket but not both.
