Some problems with Teamspeak3 Server on Debian 9

Hi there …
I have since a few days strong problems on my server with the NPL license.
This shuts down automatically after about 1 to 2 hours and is offline.
In the log file I found the following errors:

Can someone help me to fix these problems ?
I ask for help on the suggested solutions.

These errors have existed for several days now.
How can I change the locale ? Which one is needed ?

How is it with the revocation list ?

ignore this. Also a Cloudflare thing we have not in our hands.
