Sound issues with new Razer Kraken headset - crackling when I start talking

Hello everyone,

I have been using a new headset (the Razer Kraken v4) for a few days now; before that, I had a wired one also from Razer. Now, with the Kraken V4, the other users in the channel sometimes get louder and softer, and I also get a crackling when I start talking. I have already updated the firmware on from the razer website. Furthermore, I checked the settings in Teamspeak and turned off the automatic gain control (AGC) but the problem are still there. I use Teamspeak 5 or 6. Do you have any other ideas as to what might be the cause?

I assume that this is not an actually issue with Teamspeak itself, but the audio enhancement of the Razer software. I would focus on disabling some of them to see if it will fix the issue. Maybe look on THX audio enhancements itself, i have found it is causing the issue a lot for Razer headsets. You can even try it when the software itself is off completely or uninstalled.
