Some spammer comes to my server and starts poking all the users with advertising link until they get kicked from the server.
How disable kick from server?
And how can I limit the ability to poke users by time, number of times, or frequency?

When assigning your Normal and Server Admin group the permission i_client_needed_poke_power then the Guest group can’t poke to it, meaning they should get bored pretty quick.
You just need to make sure that it is higher than the i_client_poke_power that is assigned to the Guest group.
