We got recently a new sponsorship license because our old one expired.
With the old one we could host 2 virtual server. With the new one we can only host 1 virtual server.
Is this intended? We tried to ask over email a week ago but no answer yet.
As far as i remember the license is for one server only. Maybe i am wrong though, cause i don’t own a sponsorship license. As you said you sent an email.
Also I don’t know if they read direct email messages but you could use the support system and open a ticket with the “Sponsorship” request type.

You got it wrong. With one Server(license) you could host 2 virtual Teamspeak server on the same ip adress.
