Currently you can enable a singular theme. I do not see a reason why the themes could not be applied similar to Minecraft. You can activate and deactivate individual themes and change the loading order. This would be incredibly useful for themes that only change small sections and don’t try to effect everything.
For example, this way users could simply enable their favorite TeamSpeak Tweaks and use them together with a theme that changes the visual style.

This sounds like a neat UX improvement to mix and match, rather than manually modifying the themes.
