Whenever I am watching a stream and someone in the channel talks or has any microphone activity at all the stream gets louder and then goes back to normal as soon as their mic activity stops. Is there a way to turn off the audio getting higher and lower while watching a stream?
This is most likely related to AGC[1] interfering with the stream audio. I’ll forward this for further investigation.

Turned off Automatic Gain Control and it fixed this issue for me (Audio → under Audio Processing).
Turning off AGC did not fix it for me. Would love to have an update on this.
This has occurred even before streaming was a thing. We still need a solid how-to if someone’s got one, we would be very thankful for it
