The only thing that comes to mind right now is maybe restart your modem and pc for the configuration changes to take effekt… But apart from that i cant imagine why it shouldnt work…

on your screenshot i can see that you have anti virus software like avast installed. Does it also come with a firewall?
Try to disable 3rd party software that handles network traffic for testing purposes.
sounds like a wrong forward.
in your router forward settings the ip is 192.168.X.XX?
make sure the local ip adress is 192.168.X.XX and the external is 0.0.0.0 or empty.
