So it’s been a while since the last time I got connected to this server, but today I tried to connect and my total connection (which is shown in the user details within the server) was reset to a total of 5 connections whereas I have been on this server for approximately 3 years so the total should be up to 1500+ as far as I can remember. Any solution?
If you do not have any server group assigned, your database entry will be deleted after around 3 months if I recall correctly.
It might also be possible that you are using a different Identity than you did before.
The server admins also could also have cleaned up the database manually.
