TeamSpeak 6.0.0-beta3.4 | Hotfix

Hey everyone! :waving_hand:

This hotfix addresses issues with chat attachments and message migration from beta3.2 and earlier clients. Users can now successfully view and download chat attachments sent by older clients in channel chats, ensuring a seamless transition to the new save format. Additionally, we resolved a rare crash that occurred when unfocusing the client while viewing a GIF from a chat attachment.

Hello,
I’ve been using this weekend screenshare for 2-3 hrs and in my case, issue with audio is still present. After a certain time, audio becomes robotic and after people rejoin session it’s OK (tried with 256 kbps, 320 kbps).

There were still issues with stable delivering packages (my render was 100%, but people reported that sometimes stream freezes for 1s).

Hi,

I also have some issues with the latest update.

For some reason, my input has become quieter. I didn’t change anything, and in Mumble it’s as loud as it was.

Also, sometimes I hear drops in volume from some users. When they speak, the output volume goes down for a moment and then comes back.

Hey @piksna and @JustJH, thanks for the feedback.

I’ll forward this to our dev team again to check if we can replicate the issue on our end. If you’re able to reliably reproduce it, could you share a step-by-step/how-to with us? If not, that’s okay, but it would really help us pinpoint the root cause.

Also, this will likely be early next year since our team is on holiday.

Thanks!

There is not much I can actually add.

I’m on CachyOs. Updated TS with AUR. Also tried flatpak, same problem.

I would like to ask whether TeamSpeak 6 Mobile is currently under active development?

I am particularly interested in the status of P2S screen sharing. Is there any plan to release improvements or a stable version soon? We can’t use it actively because there are still issues and on Discord working much cleaner.

In my use case, viewers start experiencing issues after some time:

  • audio begins to freeze,

  • FPS drops are constant,

  • and the problem does not seem to be related to device performance or generation.

Based on testing, it appears to be a delivery/streaming issue rather than a hardware limitation.

Any information about the current development status or upcoming updates for screen sharing would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and support.

Are there any plans for 2026?

from what i have experienced this robotic voice stuff is caused from the aurdio driver after the decoder and not the app itself. I would suggest going to nvidia

Based on your experience, do you have any good solutions?

Hi,
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to save which channels are expanded or collapsed.
Right now they reset every time, and it would be really helpful if TeamSpeak could remember how you had them opened before.

Is there already a setting for this, or could this maybe be added in the future?
Thanks!
