TeamSpeak cannot connect to chat services error

Hello, I have just created an account, and after about 10 minutes, I was fully disconnected. it will not let me reconnect to the services, since it just infinitely loads.

I think this is the correct logs, the title is “ts5client_2024-12-07_12-35.log”

okay, I randomly do connect, but only for a couple minutes. after then i get disconnected, and have no idea when it reconnects.

Hello @derpboio and welcome to the TeamSpeak Forum.

Can you please try to download and install new TeamSpeak Client Version
from here Click to download the Client and then try again. If this does not work
for you then, clear your TeamSpeak Cache folder.
if everything else didn’t work then try to rename your settings.db (you need to log in again after that ) The settings file is located under the following Path:

AppData\Roaming\TeamSpeak\Default

Ps: The Services are working fine for me here.

I have the same problem. I did what you told us but still the issue persists.
