I need to run teamspeak client (either 3 or 6) on a Raspberry Pi, but cannot find any build for the ARM CPU.
Any chance now? Any chance in the future?
Thanks in advance from Austria

This is unlikely, as we haven’t seen much demand for a Raspberry Pi client version. A server version would be more likely, but that would place additional strain on our small team, since it would require maintaining another OS/build target.
However nothing is set in stone yet and we’ll see what the future brings.
I mean, if it were available, I’d host a TS server on my phone… (it’s always online, is crazy powerful & not short on RAM, & the battery goes for days) but I’m for sure going to be running TeamSpeak on my Raspberry Pi 4b even if I have to do it via a VM, because that’s what’s always running.
My other computers are off unless I’m using them; only my phone & to a slightly lesser extent my Raspberry Pi media server, are always on.
Keeping a full-bore gaming CPU running & online at all times, just for comms readiness, would be both wasteful & kinda insecure.
I’m definitely hoping that an ARM build makes it onto the To Do Next list sometime soon!
Total unavailability, is a lot worse than a missing or buggy feature; with due respect to users who may be experiencing other issues, not being able to run the app at all is the most severe issue.
