Some users connect to our teamspeak server via proxy. They cannot see icons and avatars. I am using a 32 person no license teamspeak server. I have root access to proxy server and teamspeak server. How can I solve the problem?
You have to open port 30033 (TCP). Otherwise, users cannot download icons/avatars from your file transfer.
The 30033 port of my Teamspeak server is active. Users logging in from a normal ip address can see icons and avatars. Only those who log in via proxy can’t see it.
Maybe this has something to do with the connection which breaks the downloaded files (Icons and Avatars).
