We are experiencing heavy delays on chat, channel switching and connecting (up to around 1 minute for an interaction). Voice packets are running fine, but some users can’t connect.

We will rollback again to 3.9.1.I did the rollback already a few days ago to verify it’s not on our end and it definitely has to do with 3.11.0, 3.9.1 is perfect for us.

Could it be that you still used the 3.11.0 Beta?
The Stable version got a change in what you described.
We didnt use beta, but we used 32bit. 
Ill update it later today to check if it was the problem
@fabm3n they solve different use-cases for me (messaging/contacts vs voip)

Thanks for the update. We’ve updated Teamspeak to version 3.11.0 on linux and the issues with packet-loss on creating channels is resolved!

64bit doesnt fix, channel switching delays are getting worser with 400+ users
delays now at 1min+ with 500 users
Is there any server update past 3.11.0 stable?

Not yet, they will announce server updates for beta and stable as they are released.
Next week a beta of 3.12.0 should be ready to be released.
