TeamSpeak Server 3 on Linux Debian buster - sqLite database problem

Hello, I tried to run a TS3 server von Linux Debian buster, but I dont get the server running.
I get the the error message:

so, the server does not start, excepting, the service on systemd tell me the status of a running instance.
What is the best way, to fix this SQL critical Error ?

Which server version is this happening on? You left that out…
Are all files extracted? Make sure there was no error.
Are file permissions set correctly for root and sub folder?
