Teamspeak Server keeps shutting down and everytime it does all the channels are gone and i have to basically reconfigure everything. the priv key is gone and all my server admins loose permissions
Please check your logs why it does shutdown and you may see more about it…
Then check that your user has permissions to write files (or the external database)

not only that im currently the only one who is in my server atm becuase im tyring to sort this out and its constantly asking for a new key and everything i dunno
This described again what you wrote in the initial post and gives no new details for us.
