How can I create a Channel Group of channel admin that is only assigned to Admins of Temporary channel?
Example:

Regular user creates temporary channel at the bottom and he’s auto assigned Temporary Channel Admin.

Global Mod who is a staff creates permanent channel and he’s auto assigned Channel Admin.
I joined one server and it had those options.
