Text to speech

I downloaded the new client and I really like it so far.
Only thing is…I can’t seem to find the text to speech settings. I want the server to tell me who connected in my channel and not just say ‘user’.
Does anyone know where these settings can be found?

Text to speech or custom soundpacks are not yet implemented. So if that is an important feature for your you need to stay on TS3.
