The program settings are not displayed correctly

Hello friends.
When I want to open the program settings, I have this window and nothing more. How to fix?
I tried to reinstall the program, even put 32 bit on a 64 bit system. Nothing helped.

What graphics card are you using? Is it an old or integrated one by any chance? These can have problems with OpenGL. See if updating your drivers fixes this problem.

I use Lenovo TkinkPad T60
Mobile Intel ® 945 Express Chipset Family
When installing a new version of the client there was some kind of error related to OpenGL
